How does the 30 days free trial work?

Click on the “Free Trial” button, complete the sign up form and you can then try Target Dashboard for free for 30 days. You can cancel your credit/debit within 30 days of signing up and you won’t be charged anything. After 30 days, you’ll be charged for the next month and from then on you will be charged monthly. You can upgrade your plan anytime during the 30 day free period. You'll be charged according to the price of the plan your are on after the 30 day free period (unless you cancel of course).

How will my subscription be confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order immediatley. This will confirm your details of your username and initial password.

How do I start Target Dashboard?

From your internet browser window go to the Target Dashboard website. This can be found at www.targetdashboard.com Click on Log In button and the application will open on your screen.

Can I cancel my account?

Absolutely! You can cancel your account anytime. Click on your user name, select manage account and click on payment. We will take no further payments but you will be able to use the application until the end of the month. Please note that at the end of the month your account and all the data in that account will be deleted.

Is the online payment system secure?

Yes. We use Worldpay and SSL encryption software to manage payments. We never store your credit card details online on our servers.

How do I know that my KPI data is secure and cannot be accessed by other users?

Our Target Dashboard servers sit in one of Europe's largest datacenters. They are monitored 24hours per day and have built in capacity. Should there be any hardware or power failure, the service will continue normally without missing a beat.

Your data is stored in a database within this datacenter and is protected via 150 permanently recording video cameras and biometric safety locks to ensure that only authorised people gain access. Our software is updated regularly with the latest security patches and approved updates. Access to Target Dashboard is protected by the same levels of encryption that you would typically expect from banks when processing your credit cards online.

Through the Target Dashboard security system only those users who you have authorised to view your data will be able to do so. Users from other companies using Target Dashboard will not have access to your data.
